Color pop! Kind of funny you should post this. Kids and I were just talking about how they're frustrated the school's version of lacrosse -in their words- sucks. The equipment is awful, the rules prevent them from playing like they're used to and we spent good money so they could learn even more skills that they haven't put to use yet, and for them, the worst part is their not able to live up to their friends' expectations they'd dominate the field. I shared with them that in junior high, our PE teacher had us using cotton balls instead of golf balls which made the game really suck. And now, I see these sad sap javelins. The timing couldn't be better and I just had to share. But the expressions on these youngsters' faces? Priceless. Well done!
